Minimum stay : 2 nights.You need to depose 50% of the total due amount (one night minimum) in order ton confirm your order dates.
The balance will be payable 1 month before the date of arrival.

Check in / Check out

According to availabilities when you arrive, you could enter in your room before the 2:00 pm check in for 5 500 XPF (50 Euros) whatever is your bungalow category (room/garden bungalow/beach bungalow).If you wish to order an early check in, you must order one more night (the night before you arrive).
Late check out (beetween 11:00am and 6:30pm)
According to availabilities when you leave, you could stay in your room after the 11:00 am checkout, until 6:30 pm for 5 500 XPF (50 Euros) whatever is your bungalow category (room/garden bungalow/beach bungalow).Children

In case of cancellation, the conditions are as follows:- Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: the deposit of 50% of the total amount of the accommodation (with a minimum of 1 night) will not be refunded.
- Cancellation between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total amount of the accommodation will be charged.
- Cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total amount of the accommodation will be charged.
- No show on the day of arrival or cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount of the accommodation will be charged.
- In case of unexpected departure during the stay, whatever the reason, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be due as well as the extra consumption.
These cancellation conditions reflect the fact that the GREEN LODGE is a guest house consisting of only 6 luxury units for which customers book several months in advance. A similar cancellation of reservation dates results in a loss, because there will be no new customers for a date so close.
